Launch Windows Mail
Please note these instructions are for domain hosted email accounts only, not for gmail etc

ClickÂ Accounts in the left navigation menu

Click Add Account

Choose Other Account POP, IMAP

Enter your email address, a friendly name, this will show in the from field of emails you send and your email account password

Click sign in
Congratulations you have setup your new account in windows mail
